Where do I park, and what should I expect when I arrive?

There is free parking directly outside the building. Our entrance is suite B4, marked with a sign reading Trisha Deb DDS, at the top of a short ramp lined with rose bushes.

Come in and let Julie at the front desk know you have arrived. If it is your first visit, arriving ten minutes early gives you time for paperwork without eating into your appointment. If you filled out forms ahead of time, you can walk straight in.

The entrance is ramped rather than stepped, so it is accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. If you need anything specific to get comfortable, call ahead and we will have it ready.

Once you are back in a treatment room, you get a window with a view of El Toro and a TV on the ceiling. Small things, but they make the chair easier to sit in.

What are your office hours?

Avenue Dentistry is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Calling early in the week gives you the most options for scheduling that same week.

What if I have a dental emergency when you are closed?

Call 408-779-2129 and follow the instructions on the message. If you have knocked out a permanent tooth, keep it moist in milk or saliva, do not scrub it, and get seen as fast as possible, because the first hour matters most. If you have facial swelling with difficulty breathing or swallowing, or an injury involving more than your teeth, go to an emergency room rather than waiting for a dental appointment.

How quickly will you respond to the form?

We reply during office hours, Monday through Thursday. Requests that arrive over the weekend are answered on Monday. If you need an answer sooner than that, calling is always faster than the form.

Can I email my insurance or medical details?

Please do not send insurance numbers, medical history, or anything else sensitive through the form or by email. Neither is a secure channel. Call 408-779-2129 and we will take those details over the phone, or bring them to your first visit.

Do you see patients from outside Morgan Hill?

Yes. Many of our patients come from San Martin and Gilroy, and Hale Ave is an easy drive from either. If you are moving to the area and looking for a new dentist, call and we will talk through transferring your records.
